Make a custom ceramic cup to hold your favorite drink, and enjoy the Commissary’s signature coffee and matcha while you create.
Choose between two ways to create your own one-of-a-kind ceramic cup:
☕ Option 1 — Build Your Own (30 min)
Get your hands in clay and handbuild your own ceramic cup from scratch. We’ll guide you through shaping and refining your piece, with options to carve, stamp, and add personal details that make it uniquely yours.
☕ Option 2 — Paint Your Own (1 hour)
Start with one of our handmade ceramic cups and customize it through color, pattern, and design using our extensive glaze library of 35+ colors.
• All tools, materials, glazing, and kiln firing included
• Finished pieces will be food & dishwasher safe
• Fired pieces will be ready for pickup in two weeks
This pop-up offers a short-format introduction to the Claydate experience. It’s perfect for those wanting to explore clay without committing to a full-length workshop. Whether you love working with your hands or prefer jumping straight into design, this workshop offers something for every kind of maker.
